The main actors of the TANAT project
- The Bayard school in Grenoble that has established a pedagogical and technical partnership with ONODEP and TANAT in order to bring a respectful support of the distinctive characteristics of the educational system in Niger.

This project has been initiated by ONODEP, an association governed by the Law of Niger, established by people from Abalak for creating and managing the school. Hamed Billou MOHAMED MOCTAR is ONODEP Chairman who is also mayor of Abalak.
- In order to help ONODEP, members of the Masnat Association France that has been on the site of Abalak and its region of Azawagh since more than 12 years, and who carries on with success and strictness development actions, have created an association governed by the 1901 French law called TANAT dedicated to the school project. It is devoted to the management of the school project, its financing during the building stage and the management of the sponsorships.

The project has received the support and approval of the Mayor of Abalak and of the « Prefect » of Abalak Region. Once the very favourable notices of the Inspector and the regional Director have been obtained, the National education Minister has granted the authorization to create the school.
